We take in and rescue cats and kittens from local animal shelters and our feral colonies.

We have TNR projects where we feed, give fresh water and monitor the feral cats each day.

We are an all volunteer 501(c)3 non profit, no-kill cat rescue.

Prior to every adoption, all of our cats and kittens will be:
  • Spayed or Neutered
  • Tested for FIV/FELV
  • Current 4 in 1 Vaccinations
  • De-Wormed
  • Flea Treated
  • Micro Chipped

Featured Cat Cove Cat

We like to choose one adoptable cat for this special feature.    They might have been with us for some time or have a particular personality that we can't resist sharing.   Whatever the reason it's an opportunity for us to celebrate them and share with you!

Meet Dora!

Dora was born in April 2022.  She is an independent cuddle bug  who enjoys playing with friends. She loves to chase and bunny kick her toys.  When she first sees you each day, she will come to you and loudly demand to be pet and held. She loves pets on her head and tummy. Her favorite nap spot will be atop the highest cat tree. She must have another kitty friend to play with in her forever home.

Help I found a Cat..........!!

Unfortunately our rescue is currently full and not accepting any cats or kittens. Sadly, we do not have unlimited resources in either the form of finances or foster homes in order to take in every cat. In a perfect world, we would! We will certainly try and help when we can based on available resources.

Thank you for making a difference!

We are thankful to be a recipient of  a grant from the HYLA MARROW Trust.

Hyla was born in 1950 and became an accomplished gymnast and dancer, leading to a long career as a stuntwoman and actress in over 80 films.

She was also a successful day-trader and a passionate cat-lover who created a Trust that since her death in 2016 has benefited over 60 organizations that help homeless cats find medical care and forever homes.

The Cat Cove is grateful to be one of those groups and thanks the Hyla Marrow Trust for its generous support of our rescue and adoption efforts.
Please keep in mind when adopting a cat or kitten that it is a lifetime commitment as they can live to be 20 years or more.
